I am a usability analyst at Sage Software. I am also active in the professional usability community, and specifically in the Usability Professionals’ Association, where I am on the board of directors. In the photo, I’m standing with John Kasper at the UPA 2007 conference, held in Austin, TX. John manages the day-to-day operations of UPA.

At UPA 2004, I represented Georgia Tech’s M.S. in Human-Computer Interaction program on a panel about usability-related graduate programs.
